Summer Yoga Morning
Summer is the active season, the yang phase of the year, the time to embrace the fire element. We'll be invigorating and energising the body, circulating energy with a flowing heart practice to gain a sense of regeneration as the heat of the fire burns away old habits, leaving you feeling fresh and new. Sunshine encourages us to embrace life, increase our capacity for compassion, joy and connection.
Monkey Business
In studio & Zoom options
Monkey Business
Our monkey brains are often tricking us with untruths about ourselves and others, creating stress, stifling creativity and distracting us from our passions. This workshop is about quietning that inner critic, cultivating self compassion and trust. With intelligent and playful sequencing we'll work towards Hanumanasana (Monkey Pose), open our hearts and focus the mind.

Happy Hips, Healing Hearts
During the 2.5 hours, we begin with Intention Angel Cards.
Then starting our ascent, warming up, opening up and moving into velvety fluidity in the hips, spine and chest areas. Finally, finishing with some well earnt, delicious organic, vegan chocolate treats or two… meditation and relaxation.
Chocolate when used in its purest form releases negative thinking and replenishes healthy energy released during practice.
The room will be warm, but not super hot for the duration, to allow deeper releases, keeping cosey, whilst chilly outside.
This workshop is your opportunity to cultivate the energy you want, the energy you wish to let go of and cultivate a feeling of lightness, love and happiness.

Yoga On The Ball
Via Zoom
A home yoga session using an exercise ball. A well rounded (excuse the pun) sequence including core stability, strength, stretch and relaxation. Suitable for all levels as variations will be given. If there are two of you wanting to do the workshop and you only have one ball, not to worry you can take it in turns as I'll give some non-ball options too!
This will be a different sequence to last time, so if you came to the first workshop you'll have all new ways to practice with your ball.
I will record the session and send to you so that you have a chance to practice the sequence again.
See you at the Ball!

Yin Yoga for Gastro-Intestinal Health
The gastrointestinal tract is sensitive to emotion and feelings such as anger, anxiety, sadness, elation, amongst others, which can trigger symptoms in the gut. The brain has a direct effect on the stomach and intestines and vice versa. When we are feeling tired, weak and worried it can cause digestive issues.
This Yin Yoga workshop is designed to balance Spleen, Liver and Intestines Chi leaving you feeling strong, creative and at ease.
No experience necessary.
No props needed but a blanket and a cushion can be useful for comfort.
