Time to connect, share, let go of stress and worries, connect with yourself, nature and other like-minded people in a nurturing environment. 7 days of yoga, movement, relaxation, massage, swimming, sauna, nourishing food and exploring the local landscape and culture.
A yoga holiday is great to enjoy as a solo traveler as well as with friends. Meet like-minded people, make new friends and also enjoy some time out. You can do as little or as much as you wish. It’s your time to reset without the stresses of everyday life. And create lasting memories. You will be staying at Huerta Belinda, a majestic large mansion in the small and natural urbanisation of El Cuarton. It is 8km from bohemian Tarifa and its wonderful beaches. It has a beautiful pool and gardens, lovely patios for relaxing and magnificent views. The house commands one of the most impressive views in El Cuarton, if not the whole of Andalusia. It feels like you can almost touch Africa!
The retreat cost is approximately £1200-1600 in total depending on bedroom choice. A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your place on the retreat. You will be staying in the converted coach house of this beachfront villa on the shores of Lough Foyle. There are Two, Two-bedroom apartments with twin beds configure Jack & Jill for sharing and privacy, and a shared bathroom. Each apartment has a fully stocked kitchen for drinks & snacks with seating area. There is a cosy lounge in main house around an open fire with a library of Yoga & Health books. You will also have your own private Sea View Sauna to tempt you into the delicious waters of the Wild Atlantic. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, local walks and wild-life. You may even get to see the dolphins.
