"I can’t recommend Yoga with Kara highly enough. For someone who sits behind a desk all day or is travelling for work I found that not only does Yoga really help my back and posture but it also helps me switch off and find some headspace. Also at 41 it reminds me I need to do much more of it because my body isn’t as supple as it should be! Initially I was reluctant to go because I thought I’d be the only guy but I was pleasantly surprised to find the class is about a 50/50 split. From the very first session I felt some benefit and have been going regularly (COVID aside) for 18 months now. As an instructor I think Kara is fantastic, she gets the balance just right in terms of knowing when to challenge more and recognising when you are at your limit! I now recommend Yoga to my friends and all I’d say to anyone thinking about it is “Try it with Kara as she’s the best!” Chris Moore
